The interface is not very intuitive. once you have made your choice it should be obvious how to re-choose a different option

Program has issues if you select Extensoft's screen filter option. If you don't have it installed you cannot quit the program as it goes into a recursive loop each time you try to quit.

win 7 64 bit home changing save folder does not work even with admin rights (it says it requires admin rights although it has them already (and why does it require admin rights anyway?))

Simply that if a previous version is installed that the program installer would uninstall the older version of the program.

Configurable hot keys work well. I prefer info ballons to info on the status bar. Difficult to navigate if I must look at the bottom of the screen all of the time.

I would like the option to record a video in a (selected) window, instead of the entire screen to WORK. There is such an option, but it didn't work.

Make it easy to quit the program. Most of the time I'm having to use Ctr+Alt+Del to actually shut it down.

When I click the X it simply restarts. Similarly with Alt+F4. And I see no File/Quit or similar option. Surely, shutting a down a program should be a basic task.

If you show a picture of a handycam - then it should connect to (and capture from) a handycam. (Not just a webcam). This is false advertising
